| 摘 要： | 目的研制开发一种用于治疗耳、鼻、咽喉炎性疾病的多功能家用半导体激光治疗仪。方法选用650nm波长的半导体激光器,采用单片机智能控制,针对不同治疗部位设计相应光传输装置。结果实现了样机制作,3V～5V低电压供电,照射时间、光功率可调,样机工作中光功率稳定,具有自动关机功能。结论多功能家用半导体激光治疗仪体积小,操作方便,安全可靠,适于家庭使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a kind of multifunctional portable semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument used to treat the inflam- matory disorders of lesions around the ear,nose,and throat.Methods To use a semiconductor laser with wavelength 650nm and intelli- gent controlled by Chip C51 and to design appropriate light-conducting couples for different lesions waiting for the exposures.Results A sample of instrument has been made with a power supply(3-5) volts,adjustable exposure time and light power,the light power of which is stable in operation and which has the automatic function to shutdown.Conclusion This instrument is portable,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and suitable for domestic use. |
