| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下经口径路腺样体切割术的疗效及手术技巧。方法110例患者均在鼻内镜下经口将软腭向上牵拉明视下行腺样体切割吸引。结果术后观察6～24个月,全部病例经一次手术术前症状均消失,术后无复发。结论娴熟的内镜操作技术和经口径路腺样体切割结合起来,使腺样体切除手术具有直观、安全、彻底,且不易损伤腺样体周围组织等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect and technique of the adenoidectomy through oral cavity under naso-endoscopy.Methods One hurdred and ten cases were all operated by adenoidectomy through oral cavity under naso-endoscopy.Results All the cases were recovered without complications after the operation for 6-24 months.Conclusions The expert technique of naso-endoscopy combined with the adenoidectomy through oral cavity,which made the adenoidectomy has the advantages of direct-viewing,safety,thoroughly and without damage of the tissues surrounding adenoid. |
