| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用PDCA循环法对ICU专科护士实施临床教学管理。方法带教全程运用PDCA循环管理：选择合适的带教老师，建立层层评估制度，将评估结果纳入下个周期的循环中。结果30名学员实习成绩均达到实习目标。结论运用PDCA循环指导ICU专科护士临床教学，增强了学员的自主学习能力，提高了临床教学质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effect of the application of PDCA cycle in the teaching management of ICU specialized nurse training. Method The PDCA cycle was applied in the whole process of teaching management of specialized nurse training in ICU,ineluding choosing appropriate teachers,establishing evaluation system,integrating the assessment results into the next cycle. Result All the 30 students achieved the goal of clinical practice. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the teaching management of ICU specialized nurse training can strengthen the students＇selfstudy ability and improve the quality of clinical teaching. |
