外侧裂岛叶星形细胞瘤显微外科治疗30例分析

摘    要:目的 探讨外侧裂岛叶星形细胞瘤的显微手术治疗方法.方法 30例外侧裂岛叶星形细胞瘤患者选择个体化的显微手术入路.术后行放疗和/或化疗.平均随访24个月,依据术后MRI评价治疗结果.结果 30例患者,肿瘤于镜下全切除20例、次全切除6例、部分切除4例;4例患者在随访两年内死亡,最短生存期为5个月,其余患者在随访期内均无严重新发并发症及复发情况.结论 对于外侧裂岛叶星形细胞瘤,依据MRI表现,应用显微手术,选择个体化的手术进路,可取得较好的治疗效果.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the microneurosurgical treatment of intracranial astrocytoma in lateral fissure and insular lobe region. Methods Thirty patients with intracranial astrocytoma were treated with microneurosurgical operation using individual operative approach, with individual radiotherapy and (or) chemotherapy after operation. The patients were followed up for an average of 24 months. The clinical efficacy was evaluated based on cranial MRI after operation. Results Of the 30 patients, 20 were totally resected, 6 were subtotally resected, and 4 were partially resected. During the follow-up, 4 patients died because of tumor recurrence. The shortest duration of survival was 5 months. There was no recurrence and severe new complications in other patients. Conclusion For treating intracranial astrocytoma, it can achieve better clinical efficacy to apply individual microneurosurgical approach according to MRI images.
