摘    要:目的观察中西医结合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生存质量的影响。方法将120例COPD缓解期患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规西医治疗及疾病宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上对其施行中医辨证施治及情志饮食调节,时间为6个月;于治疗前后分别进行肺功能及生存质量评分比较。结果观察组在日常生活能力、社会活动能力、抑郁症状、焦虑症状方面均较对照组明显改善;但肺功能比较差异无显著性。结论中西医结合治疗能提高COPD患者的生存质量。

Abstract:Objective: To observe combined method of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine COPD patient survival mass effect. Methods: 120 COPD patient randomly divided into two group. The routine Western medicine cured the control group reaching disease propaganda and education. Food and drink adjusted the treatment group performing doctor of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient' s condition and feeling on the person in the treatment group. After 6 months, in curing the comparison grading around the mass respectively, carrying out a pulmonary function and existing. Results: The treatment group was improved in the field of the daily life ability, public activities ability, depressed symptom, anxiety symptom, But pulmonary function difference had no statistics significance. Conclusion: Combined method of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve survival of COPD patient mass.
