盐酸恩丹西酮包芯缓释片的研制

摘    要:目的 研制盐酸恩丹西酮包芯缓释片。方法 采用HPMC为骨质材料,通过正交设计试验优选最佳处方和工艺,考察释放介质pH值对缓释片释药特性的影响。结果及结论 释放介质pH值对盐酸恩丹西酮包芯缓释片释药影响较大,在酸性介质及中性蒸馏水中 2 4h释药完全(≥ 95 %),在 pH6 8磷酸盐缓冲液中释药不完全( <4 5 % ),0~ 14h体外释放符合零级动力学过程。

Abstract:Abstract To prepare the dry-coated sustained-release Ondansetron hydrochloride Tablets.Methods HPMC was used as the matrix material.The best formulation and preparation methods were screened out according to orthogonal experiment design method.The pH of the dissolving solution on the release behavior of sustained-release tablets was observed.Results and Conlusion The sustained-release Ondansetron hydrochloride Tablets were affected by the pH of dissolution media significantly.The drug could be sustained released completely(≥95%)at 24h in acid media and neutral distilled water.However it could not be released completely(<45%)in pH6.8 phosphate buffer.The drug release behavior of 0~14h conformed to zero-order kinetics.
