| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立测定雌三醇栓中间品含量的方法。方法 :采用三波长分光光度法。结果 :测定波长为296、281、276nm ;平均回收率为99 2 % ,RSD=0 5 % (n=6)。结论 :本方法快捷、准确 ,适于测定雌三醇栓中间品的含量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:A method was established for determining the content of estriol in estriol suppositories.METHO_ DS:Using three wavelength spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The detecting wavelengths were296nm,281nm and276nm;the average recovery rate of estriol was99.2%(RSD=0.5,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,quick and suitable for detecting estriol in intermediate material of estriol suppositories. |
