| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠系膜上静脉血栓形成(MVT)的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2000年~2004年收治的32例MVT的临床资料。结果本组行手术治疗14例。其中,有2例行二次手术治疗。治愈29例,死亡3例。结论提高对本病的认识,及时应用螺旋CT三维重建等检查方法早期诊断及围术期采取恰当的溶栓、抗凝治疗是防止复发、降低病死率的重要措施。手术治疗仅适用于出现腹膜炎等肠坏死征象的病例。强调彻底扩大切除坏死肠管及相应系膜。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of super mesenteric vein thrombosis(SMVT).Methods The clinical data of 32 cases treated from 2000 to 2004 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 32 cases,29 cases were cured and 3 cases died.Among the 14 cases subject to surgical operation,2 received reoperation.Conclusion In order to increase the curative effectiveness,major measures such as using ultrasound B and 3DCTA for the correct early diagnosis,appropriate anticoagulation and thrombolysis medical therapy,etc,can decrease the recurrent rate and mortality.Only the cases with intestine necrosis should be treated with surgical operation.Enlarged resection of necrosis intestine and relative mesentery should also be emphasized. |
