摘    要:本实验在建立免大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)模型的基础上,分别检测脑组织和血浆中生长抑素的含量。实验家兔48只,随机分成四组:对照组(C,正常和假手术对照)、脑缺血后2小时、4小时、24小时组(I2、I4、I24)。结果发现脑缺血后脑组织和血浆中生长抑素含量显著高于对照组,且随缺血时间的延长而递增;脑组织生长抑素含量与脑组织H2O、Na 含量之间呈显著正相关关系。该结果提示,生长抑素参与脑缺血脑水肿的发生发展。

Abstract:Using the rabbit middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, we measured thecontent of sornatostatin (ss) in brain tissue and plasma after MCAO. Experimental animals, 48 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: the control group and groups2rd, 4th and 24th after MCAO. We found that SS content in brain tissue and plasma aftercerebral ischemia was significantly increased in compare with that in the control and itchanged more markedly with the of lengthening of cerebral ischemia time. There was apositive correlation between the content of cerebral SS and that of water and sodium in thebrain. These results suggested that SS might take part in the development of brain edemaafter focal cerebral ischemia.
