肠内营养治疗腹部手术后胃排空障碍

摘    要:目的探讨肠内营养在胃排空障碍治疗中的作用。方法 43例腹部手术后胃排空障碍患者中,有13例应用肠外营养(PN组),30例利用鼻肠管或空肠造瘘管灌注瑞素施行肠内营养(EN组)。比较两组术后住院时间、胃肠减压量、胃排空障碍恢复时间及术后体质量减轻数,评估肠内营养的疗效。结果经治疗后与肠外营养组比较,肠内营养组术后住院时间平均减少(7.9±2)d,胃排空障碍恢复时间平均缩短(4±1)d,胃肠减压量较PN组明显减少,体重减少较PN组少(3.1±0.1)kg。结论肠内营养能促进胃肠道功能恢复,有利于机体营养状况改善,是治疗腹部手术后胃瘫的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of enteral nutrition in the treatment of gastroparesis.Methods Among 43 patients with delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery patients,13 patients were treated with parenteral nutrition(PN group),30 cases of gastroparesis underwent enteral nutrition(EN group)through jejunostomy tube or bengmark tube.Indexes of two groups including postoperative hospital stay,gastrointestinal decompression amount,recovering time,postoperative gastric emptying several weight loss to assess the efficacy of enteral nutrition.Results After treatment,compared with parenteral nutrition,enteral nutrition group the average postoperative hospital stay was reduced(7.9 ± 2)d,the average recovery time shortened gastric emptying(4±1)d,gastrointestinal decompression were higher than the PN significantly reduced body weight less than the PN group(3.1 ± 0.1)kg.Conclusion The method of EN is efective for improving the function of gastro-intestine,and the nutrition status in patients.
