三种皮肤消毒剂杀菌效果的比较

为了解宁波市各医院常用皮肤消毒剂对临床致病菌株杀灭效果,采用载体定量杀菌试验对三种皮肤消毒液进行了试验观察。结果,汰可分手消毒液原液作用1min,对全部试验菌杀灭率均达到99.9%以上;点而康皮肤消毒液作用1min,对所有标准菌株和8株临床分离菌株平均杀灭率达到99.9%以上;诗洁手消毒液原液作用1min,对4株标准菌和8株临床分离菌杀灭率>99.9%,对龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种作用10min,其杀灭率只有89.98%。结论,三种皮肤消毒液对试验菌具有良好的杀灭效果,ESBL阳性铜绿假单胞菌对试验消毒剂耐受力稍强。

COMPARISON OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF THREE SKIN DISINFECTANTS

In order to know the efficacy of skin disinfectants commonly used in hospitals of Ningbo City in killing clinical pathogenic microorganisms, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe experimentally the efficacy of 3 skin disinfectant solutions. Results: Tai-Ke-Fen Hand Disinfection Solution with a 1 min contact time killed over 99.9% of all test microorganisms. Dian-Er-Kang Skin Disinfection Solution with a 1 min contact time killed over 99.9% in average of all standard bacterial strains and 8 strains of clinically isolated microorganisms. Stock solution of Shi-Jie Hand Disinfection Solution with a 1 min contact time killed >99.9% of 4 strains of standard microorganisms and 8 strains of clinically isolated microorganisms, while it killed only 89.98% of Mycobacterium chelonei subsp. abscessus exposed to the Disinfection Solution for 10 min. Conclusions: The three skin disinfectant solutions have good efficacy in killing the test microorganisms. ESBL-positive Pseudomonas aeruginosa has relatively strong resistance to the test disinfectants.
