中西医结合治疗慢性心衰75例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性心衰疗效。方法]选择我院住院患者150例,随机分成两组,每组75例,对照组常规应用利尿、强心、抑制心室重构等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟心脉宁方,比较两组治疗效果。结果]治疗组显效50例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率97.3%;对照组显效36例,有效30例,无效9例,总有效率为88%,两组疗效有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗慢性心衰疗效显著。

Therapy of Combing Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of 150 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective ] To observe the effect of chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Method] 150 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group（75cases） and control group（75cases）, two groups are correspondingly conventional western medical treatment including diuresis, cardiac, inhibiting the ventricular remodeling, eet. On this basis, the treatment group was added self - madexinmaining. Results ] The treatment group, effeetive50cases, effective23cases, ineffective 2 cases, the total effective rate was 97.3% ; the control group, effective36eases, effeetive30eases, ineffective 9 cases, the total effective rate was 88% ,treatment group significantly improved compared with control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure has good effective.
