| 摘 要： | 目的：研究CRF贫血患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法：分两组，对照组为30例健康体检者年龄20～70岁；实验组为35例CRF（未透析）伴有贫血的患者，年龄20～70岁。应用红细胞酵母花环结合率方法分别测定两组红细胞免疫黏附功能。结果：与对照组相比实验组红细胞C3b受体酵母花环结合率（RBC-C3bRR）明显下降；而CRF患者红细胞免疫复合物（RBC-ICRR）花环百分率明显升高。结论：CRF贫血患者循环免疫复合物增多，红细胞免疫功能降低。
