Late pulmonary venous obstruction after surgical repair of infradiaphragmatic total anomalous pulmonary venous return

Abstract:Summary Twelve years after an apparently successful surgical correction of infradiaphragmatic (obstructed) total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, a 12-year-old boy developed evidence of pulmonary artery hypertension secondary to pulmonary venous obstruction due to an apparent lack of growth at the anastomotic site.
