| 摘 要： | 报道了汉防己甲素（汉甲）、克矽平、抗矽一号（即磷酸羟基喹哌）和柠檬酸铝（柠铝）及其联合用药对矽肺大鼠和矽肺病人血清中Ⅰ型胶原含量的变化。在动物实验中，汉甲及克矽平对胶原代谢的作用较强且效果稳定。抗矽一号及柠铝对染尘时血清胶原含量上升也有抑制作用，但停药后有回升。临床观察也显示汉甲和抗矽一号联合用药可抑制矽肺进程中血清Ⅰ型胶原含量的升高

| Abstract: | The authors studied the effect of tetrandrine (TT), polyvinylpridine N oxide (PVNO), hydroxypiperaguinoline phosphate and aluminium citrate on the serum type I collagen levels during silicosis. The rat experiment showed that TT and PVNO have strong and stable effect on collagen metabolism. Hydroxypiperaquinoline phosphate and aluminium citrate are effective as well, but the collagen levels rose again after the treatments were stopped. Clinical observation revealed that the serum collagen levels were reduced after jointly treated with TT and hydroxypiperaquinoline phosphate. |
