| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工流产术后粘连时间与预后关系，评价宫腔镜手术诊治宫腔粘连的疗效。方法：回顾性分析36例宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜诊治情况。结果：36例患者均在宫腔镜下顺利完成宫腔粘连分解术，粘连时间与临床分度、术后输卵管通畅情况、术后痛经有关，而与宫腔形态恢复情况、月经恢复情况无关。结论：宫腔粘连宜及早诊治，官腔镜是诊疗宫腔粘连的一种最有效的方法。
