胃癌根治性远侧胃切除术后胃瘫综合征的治疗

目的：探讨胃癌根治性远侧胃切除术后胃瘫综合征的治疗方法。方法：回顾性总结胃癌根治性远侧胃切除术后9例胃瘫综合征的病历资料。结果：综合应用禁食，胃肠减压，高渗盐水洗胃，限制性补液维持水电解质平衡，补胶体，应用胃肠动力药，补充足量B族维生素，针炙，上腹部理疗，适时胃镜检查，2—8周后9例病例人全部治愈。结论：胃癌根治性远侧胃切除术后胃瘫综合征的治疗是内科问题，胃肠减压，维持水电解质平衡和营养，是治疗的基本措施。应根据胃瘫综合征的分型，分别采用使残胃和吻合口消除水肿或促进胃肌张力及蠕动恢复的措施。

Treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after radical distal distogastrectomy for gastric cancer

Objective： To investigate the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome after radical distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods ： Clinical data of 9 patients underwent radical distogastrectomy for gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： Postoperative gastroparesis syndrome occurred in 9 of 456 patients underwent radical surgery on distal stomach. 2 -8 week latter,9 patients completely cured by synthetical treatments including fast, gastrointestinal decompression, nutrition support, maintenance of water - electrolyte metabolism balance, gastric lavage with hipertonic saline with 400C, gastrointestinal motility pharmacotherapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy and gastroscopy at the right moment. Conclusion： Non - surgical therapies should be taken and have satisfactory therapeutic effect.
