“糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能”强化培训效果评估

摘    要:
目的了解社区医生“糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能”强化培训效果。方法强化培训前后,对受训人员开展问卷调查。结果强化培训前平均得分为18.1,培训后平均得分为24.6,t=-7.676,P〈0.05。单选题中,正答率上升的题数占80.8%,下降的占15.4%;多选题中,正答率上升的题数占25.0%,下降的占58.3%。96.9%的人认为课程内容的实用性“好”,97.0%的人认为课程内容的充实性“好”。所有受训人员都认为培训后对专业知识了解的提高程度“好”,97.0%的人预计促进工作的程度“好”。结论用Delphi法进行社区糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能的界定是可行的合理的。短期强化培训能在较短时间内提高受训者的理论知识水平。要真正提高管理人员的知识技能水平,还需要今后持久、深入、反复的培训和考查,并在实践中不断提高。

Abstract:
Objective To know the intensive training effects of appropriate knowledge and technology on diabetes control and prevention to community doctors. Method Questionnaire survey was used to the trained doctors before and after the intersive training. Results The average marks before the training was 18. 1, and 24.6 after the training, t=-7. 676,P〈0.05. In the single answer test, the questions with the correct answer rates rising accounted 80.8%, the questions with the rates decling accounted 15.4%; in the multiple choice tests, the questions with the correct answer rates rising accounted 25.0%, the questions with the rates declining accounted 58.3%. 96.9% trainees thought practicality of the course content was "good", and 97.0% thought the enrich- ment of the course content was "good". All the trainees thought that the training better improved their understanding of the professional knowledge. 97.0% trainees thought the training would promote their work in practice well. Conclusion It was feasible and reasonable to define the suitable knowledge and skills of the community diabetes prevention and treatment by Delphi method. Short-term intensive training could raise the level of the trainees' theoretical knowledge in a relatively short period of time. But to indeed improve the level of knowledge and skills in practice, a lasting, in-depth and repeated training and test, and continuously improvement in practice were needed.
