摘    要:目的:研制一种动物疲劳性训练实验系统,以期快速建立应力性骨折动物模型。方法:采用MSP430F4270单片机控制高压发生器输出频率和时长可调的高压脉冲,迫使实验兔进行跳跃运动;训练周期结束后,采用骨闪烁显像术对建模方法进行评价。结果:应用该系统成功地建立了兔应力性骨折模型。结论:该系统能方便地调节实验动物的训练强度和训练量,工作稳定,可靠性高,具有建模时间短、成功率高等优点。

Abstract:Objective To design an exercise experimental system for the rapid establishment of stress fracture animal model. Methods The system utilized MCU controlled high voltage generator to export high voltage impulse, which can oblige rabbits to run and jump. After training, skeletal scintigraphy was used to evaluate the method. Results A rabbit stress fracture model was established based on the system. Conclusion The system can adjust training intensity and quantity expediently with high reliability, thus animal mode is established successfully in short time.
