两种含铂化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

目的观察诺维本(NVB)与顺铂(DDP)组成的NP方案与丝裂霉素(MMC)、长春地辛(VDS)、DDP组成的MVP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法将2003年2月至2005年2月在解放军总医院第二附属医院肿瘤科治疗的经病理组织学或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC患者63例,随机分为A组(32例)和B组(31例)分别实施NP方案及MVP方案治疗,21d为1个治疗周期。观察2种治疗方案的有效率及毒副反应情况。结果A组有效率为40.63%,B组32.26%,两组比较P>0.05。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性及静脉炎。结论NP与MVP方案的近期疗效大致相同,毒副反应差异无统计学意义,2种方案均可作为NSCLC的一线治疗方案。

Comparison of short-term efficacy between the NP and MVP regimens in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective To compare the short-term therapeutic efficacy,toxicity and side reations between vinorelbine plus cisplatin(NP regimen)and mitomycin plus vindesine and cisplatin(MVP regimen)in the treatment advanced of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty-three patients with cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced NSCLC were divided into A group and B group.Thirty-two cases in the A group received NP regimen chemotherapy.Thirty-one cases in the B group received MVP regimen chemotherapy.Both regimens repeated after a cycle of 21 days.Results Response rates were 40.63%(A group)and 32.26%(B group),(P>0.05).The main side effects were myelosuppresion,gastrointestinal reation and peripheral nerve toxicity and phlebitis.Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of NP regimen was better than MVP regimen.There were no significant difference between the two regimens.They can be used as first line chemotheapy for NSCLC.
