上海市某中心城区生殖道感染“性伴通知”的可接受性研究

目的 :本研究旨在通过案例研究 ,了解生殖道感染 ( RTI)就诊对象对不同“性伴通知”方法的可接受程度 ,为开展 RTI干预工作提供依据。方法 :2 0 0 2年 3～ 5月调查了上海市某区 3所医院 RTI/ STD门诊就诊者共 2 11名。结果 :在调查对象中愿意让性伴知情者有 171名 ( 81.0 % ) ,愿意让性伴知情的患者中 ,选择本人通知性伴的占绝大部分为 92 .4 % ,选择医生仅 16人 ( 7.6 % )。结论 :服务对象能够接受“患者通知”这种“性伴通知”方式 ,但在实践中仍有必要由“医师通知”和“契约通知”来配合“患者通知”的实施 ,综合加以运用

Acceptability study on "partner notification" in reproductive tract infections patients in one of centered districts of Shanghai

Objective:To understand the current acceptability situation of "partner notification" in Shanghai by a case study, Furthermore, to provide some useful information for future RTI interventions Methods: From March 2002 to May 2002, 211 patients who examined in three RTI/STD out patient departments of different types of hospitals in one of centered districts of Shanghai were selected Results: 171(81 0%) respondents were willing to notify their partners the truth, and most of them(92 4%) chose "patient self referral" Only 16 patients(7 6%) chose "providers referral" as notified method Conclusion: “patient self referral”is an acceptable method to notify partners in RTI patients However, it is still necessary to combine “provider referral” and “contract referral” with “patient self referral” in practice
