| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜手术治疗的经验.方法回顾性分析该院1996～2005年1 500例腹腔镜手术.结果1 500例中2例发生胆总管损伤,3例胆漏,1例术后出血,1例肝囊肿未愈,1例死亡.结论腹腔镜手术是安全有效微创的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the experience of laparoscopy operation.Methods] 1 500 cases in our hospital from 1996 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Result] Of 1 500 cases,conmon bile duct injury happened in 2 cases,3 bile leakage,1 heamorrhage and hepaticyst didn't healed in 1 case.Conclusion] Laparscopy is a safe and effective minimal access surgery. |
