| 摘 要： | 地龙提取液对小鼠、家兔的血液均具有抗凝作用,且呈明显量效关系;对凝血酶—纤维蛋白原反应的直接抑制作用是其主要机制之一。地龙提取液的小鼠半数致死量为40.7g/kg。

| Abstract: | Buyang Huanwu Tang was said to provide significant anticoagulant effect and earthworm mainly contributed to this effect.The present study attempted to confirm the effect and determine the possibility that earthworm extract (EE) is used as anticoagulant. This study revealed that:(l) Whole blood clotting time in mice received EE(ip) was significantly prolonged and dose dependent. (2) Thrombin time in rabbits injected EE(iv) was sharply prolonged and recovered within an hour.(3) In vitro after adding EE into plasma APTT and PT were remarkably prolonged and exhibited the dose-effect relationship. (4)EE inhibited directly thrombin-fibrinogen reaction and it could be one of the anticoagulant mechanisms of EE. (5) The LD50 of mice (ip) determined with log dose-death probit method was 40. 7g/kg. It is suggested that EE might be a hopeful anticoagulant indeve-lopm ent. |
