3例肝移植病人术后长期生存的初步体会

目的 根据３例肝移植的经验，总结努力提高肝移植病人长期生存率的体会。方法 ３例病人病因分别发遗传性毛细血管增生症、酒精性肝硬化和原发性胆汁性肝硬化，术式均为同种异体背驮式原位肝移植治疗。例１、２术后发生了胆道梗阻并发症，均经再次手术将胆和端、端吻合改为体背驮式原位肝移植治疗。例１、２术后发生了胆道梗阻并发症，均经再镒手术将胆管、端吻合改为胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－ｅｎ＝Ｙ吻合后闪愈。结果 例１、２、３分别已存

Experience of improving the long time survival of liver transplant recipients

Objectives To discuss the experience on prolonging the survival time of liver transplant recipients.Methods Three patients with severe hepatic function failure, diagnosed as inherited capillary hyperplasia,alcoholic cirrhosis,and primary biliary cirrhosis respectively, underwent piggyback transplantation.The first and second patients developed postoperative complications of biliary obstruction. However,both of them were thereafter surgically cured with reversion of choledochocholedochostomy to choledochojejunostomy.Result The first,second and third patients respectively enjoyed 40,20,and 10 months of postoperative survival time with excellent life quality.Conclusion At present,the major efforts in liver transplantation should be directed at the prolonging of survival time of the recipient. Therefore emphysis should be laid on harvesting of the donor organ, careful implimenting of the operation procedures, and treating of postoperative complications.
