| 摘 要： | 对医源性肝外胆管损伤13例进行了分析,男4例,女9例,平均年龄24岁,12例发生于胆囊切除术。作者认为,及时发现损伤是治疗成功的关键,杜绝医源性肝外胆管损伤的关键在于预防。

| Abstract: | An analysis of 13 cases of iatrogenic extrahepatic cholangic injury was reported. This series consisted of 4 males and 9 females with an average age of 42 years. Twelve caes occurred after cholecystomies.The sooner the discovery of the injury, the better the prognosis. The best way to eliminate this complication is prevention. |
