摘    要:目的: 探讨葡萄酒厂废渣中提取齐墩果酸的最佳工艺.方法: 醇提物经酸碱处理,用正交试验优选最佳工艺.结果: 最佳提取条件为:95%工业酒精提取2次(每次1.5 h),酸化析晶调pH至1,5% NaOH洗杂质3次.所得产品纯度为95.67%,收率为0.71%.结论:用乙醇提取、酸碱处理可以高效提取葡萄酒厂废渣中的齐墩果酸.

Abstract:Objective: It was studied to extract oleanolic acid from waste residue of grape winery. Methods: Ethanol (EtOH) extract was charged by acid and NaOH sol. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the better extract conditions. Result: The better extract conditions: First, waste residue was twice extracted by 95% EtOH. Second, add acid to pH1 to separate the crystal out. Third, the semifinished product was washed by 5%NaOH sol. three times. The obtained product's purity is 95. 67% and the rate of obtain is 0. 71%. Conclusion: The better extract conditions can be get through the extracting of EtOH and the processing of acid and 5%NaOH sol.
