| 摘 要： | 目的对叶下珠的乙醇提取物进行指纹图谱研究。方法采用高效液相色谱法，在一定的洗脱条件下，以柯里拉京为对照品，比较不同产地及采收时期的11批叶下珠药材乙醇提取物的指纹图谱。结果在指纹图谱中找到了10个共有特征峰，建立了叶下珠药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱和标准。结论指纹图谱为叶下珠药材的质量控制提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the fingerprint spectrum of the ethanol extracts of phyllanthus urinaria L.. Methods Adopting HPLC method and under certain elution conditions, corilagin as the reference control, the fingerprint spectrum of the ethanol extracts of 11 samples of phyllanthus urinaria L. harvested at different producing areas and different periods were compared. Results Ten common characteristic peaks were found in the fingerprint spectrum. The HPLC fingerprint spectrum and its criterion of phyllanthus urinaria L. were established. Conclusion The fingerprint spectrum may be used to control the quality of phyllanthus urinaria L. |
