多层螺旋CT三维重建在36例胫骨平台骨折诊断中作用分析

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建（CT3D））在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析本院2006年6月～2009年6月收治的36例闭合性胫骨平台骨折病例资料。结果：所有胫骨平台骨折患者经3D成像后均能立体显示骨折的部位、形态、类型,关节面碎裂程度及关节面塌陷等信息。结论：多层螺旋CT三维重建有助于胫骨平台骨折的正确诊断和分型,对治疗方法的选择具有指导意义。

The multi-layered screw CT three dimensional reconstruction affects the analysis in 36 example shinbone platform bone fracture diagnosis

Objective： To study the value three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT （CT3D） in the tibial plateau fracture diagnosis. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 36 cases tibial fractures in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2009 with treated closed, and they were compared. Results： All shinbone platform bone fracture patient after the 3D image formation could the solid display bone fracture spot, the shape, the type, facies articularis informations and so on disruption degree and facies articularis collapse.Conclusion： The multi-layered screw CT three dimensional reconstruction is helpful to the shinbone platform bone fracture correct diagnosis and the minute, has the guiding sense to the method of treatment choice.
