对高职护理专业学生实习前心理健康状况的调查研究

目的 了解高职护理专业学生实习前的心理健康状况.方法 采用SCL-90量表对51名即将进入临床实习的高职护理专业学生进行调查,同时对筛查阳性的学生进行访谈.结果 SCL-90得分与全国常模比较,均低于常模,但筛查出阳性,需进一步检查的学生共7名,占13.73％.根据访谈记录分析,学生反映的主题集中在“对临床实习充满期待”“担心不能胜任临床护理工作”“害怕不能适应临床环境”“担心理论不能联系实践”“不能进行有效的护患沟通”“担心护士的工作强度大、繁重”“担心不能处理护患、医护、护护关系”“担心就业问题”等.结论 高职护理专业学生在实习前存在一定的心理压力,应加强实习前的健康教育.

Investigation on the mental health of higher vocational nursing students before clinical practice

Objective To investigate the mental health of higher vocational nursing students before clinical practice. Methods The symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） was applied in 51 higher vocational nursing students before clinical practice,then students with positive results were selected for further interview. Results The SCL-90 scores of the students were lower than that of the national norm,seven students with positive results accounting for 13.73%. According to the interview record analy- sis,students mainly focused on the following questions,such as their anticipation of clinical practice,worrying about their capa- bility for clinical nursing work ,fear of their adaptation to clinical environment ,anxiety about possibility of combing theory and practice, efficient nurse -patient communication, work intensity, proper handling of nurse -patient, doctor -nurse, and nurse -nurse relationship,employment after clinical practice,etc.Conclusion It is true that the higher vocational nursing students are stressful before clinical practice; hence ,it is important to strengthen psychological health education among them before clinical practice.
