The application of team leader in nursing students management during clinical practice period

The team leaders who come from different schools participated in the management ot nursing stuuents m clinical practice. They supervised two times every month during the clinical practice and analyzed the problems and proposed improvement strategies. This practice could promote the, standardization of clinical teaching and nursing students＇ behaviors, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,provide basis for clinical teaching assessment,and improve the relationship between teachers and students.
