人性化护理在妊娠期乳腺癌患者化疗中的应用及对生活质量的影响

目的探讨人性化护理在妊娠期乳腺癌患者化疗中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月间中国医学科学院肿瘤医院收治的64例妊娠期乳腺癌患者,根据采用的护理方式不同进行分组,其中,采用人性化护理的32例患者纳入研究组,采用常规护理的32例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、化学治疗耐受性情况、心理状态变化以及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者化学治疗耐受性为93.8%,高于对照组患者的68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的抑郁和焦虑均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为93.7%,高于对照组患者的68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期乳腺癌患者采用人性化护理,可改善患者的生活质量、化疗耐受性及心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上推广与应用。

Application of humanized nursing care in patients receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer during pregnancy and the effect on quality of life

Objective To investigate the application of humanized nursing care in patients receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer during pregnancy and the effect on quality of life.Methods Sixty-four pregnant women with breast cancer who admitted to Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into a study group and a control group according to the care they received with 32 patients in each group.The study group was given humanized nursing care and the control group received routine nursing.Changes in quality of life scores,chemotherapeutic tolerance,changes in mental status,and patient satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,and social function were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).In addition,the scores of depression and anxiety were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The chemotherapeutic tolerance was 93.8%in the study group,which was higher than 68.8%of the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 93.7%in the study group,which was higher than68.8%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion humanized nursing care can improve quality of life,chemotherapeutic tolerance and mental status in patients receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer during pregnancy,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
