麻城市2014~2018年出生缺陷监测结果分析

目的:了解湖北省麻城市出生缺陷发生及诊断情况,为加强出生缺陷三级防控提供科学依据。方法:统计分析麻城市2014~2018年出生缺陷监测资料。结果:麻城市2014~2018年监测围产儿56200例,出生缺陷1019例,出生缺陷发生率为181.32/万。前五位出生缺陷顺位是先天性心脏病(121.17/万)、多指(12.63/万)、马蹄内翻足(10.50/万)、外耳其它畸形(8.19/万)、总唇腭裂(6.58/万)。结论:降低麻城市出生缺陷发生率需进一步加强三级防控措施,完善妇幼保健服务体系。

Analysis of birth defect monitoring results in Macheng city from 2014 to 2018

Objective:To understand the occurrence and diagnosis of birth defects in Macheng city,Hubei province,and to provide a scientific basis for strengthening the prevention and control of birth defects.Methods:Statistical analysis of birth defects monitoring data from May to 2014 in Macheng city.Results:Macheng city monitored 56,200 perinatal infants and 1019 birth defects from 2014 to 2018.The incidence of birth defects was 181.32 per thousand.The top five birth defects were congenital heart disease(121.17/10,000),multiple fingers(12.63/10,000),clubfoot(10.50/10,000),other external deformities(8.19/10,000),total cleft lip and palate(6.58/10,000).Conclusion:To reduce the incidence of birth defects in Macheng city,it is necessary to further strengthen the three-level prevention and control measures and improve the maternal and child health care service system.
