榄香烯联合三维适形放疗对食管癌患者近期疗效及预后的影响分析

目的探讨榄香烯联合三维适形放疗对食管癌患者近期疗效及预后的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月间辽宁省肿瘤医院收治的98例食管癌患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用三维适形放射治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用榄香烯治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平、免疫反应、不良反应和生活质量。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为93.9%,优于对照组的81.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者MMP-2和MMP-9水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者CD4^+和CD8^+水平均低于对照组,CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者各不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者采用榄香烯联合三维适形放射治疗,可降低血清MMP水平,改善免疫和不良反应,提高生活质量。

Short-term efficacy and prognosis of elemene combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and outcomes of elemene combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Ninety-eight patients with esophageal cancer admitted to Liaoning Cancer Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 49 patients in each group.The research group received elemene combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and the control group only received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The therapeutic effectiveness,serum matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)level,immune response,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness was 93.9%in the treatment group which was better than 81.6%of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After the treatment,CD4^+and CD8^+levels were lower in the study group than in the control group,and CD4^+/CD8^+levels were higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,scores of quality of life was higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Elemene combined with three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy for esophageal cancer can reduce serum MMP level,improve immunity,reduce adverse reactions,and improve quality of life.
