混合教学模式在护理见习教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:探析混合教学模式在护理见习教学中的应用效果。方法:将2017级护理专业两个班级的70名护生作为研究对象,根据班级编号对其进行分组,每组35例。对照组教学中采用传统教学模式,观察组在教学过程中实施混合教学模式,比较两组护生的所学知识掌握程度、学习兴趣提升、考试成绩及满意度。结果:经调查,观察组护生的学习兴趣、分析问题能力、团队意识评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组护生的案例分析成绩和理论考试成绩均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学模式的满意度显著高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在护理见习教学中实施混合教学模式可提升护生的学习兴趣,提升护生分析问题的能力和团队意识,同时可提高护生的学习成绩。

Application research of mixed teaching mode in nursing apprenticeship teaching

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in nursing probation teaching.Methods:Seventy nursing students from two classes of 2017 nursing majors were selected as subjects,and grouped according to class number,35 cases in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted.The observation group implemented the mixed teaching mode in the teaching process,and compared the two groups of nursing students'mastery of knowledge,interest in learning,test scores and satisfaction of nursing students.Results:The learning interest,analytical problem ability and team awareness score of the nursing students in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The case analysis results and theoretical test scores of the nursing students in the observation group were all significant.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the mixed teaching mode in nursing probation teaching can enhance the learning interest of nursing students,improve the ability of nursing students to analyze problems and team awareness,and at the same time improve the learning performance of nursing students,which is worthy of promotion and application.
