手术室人性化护理对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者术后康复的影响

目的探讨手术室人性化护理对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月间复旦大学附属肿瘤医院收治的120例腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者。根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规护理的60例患者纳入对照组,在常规护理基础上采用手术室人性化护理的60例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者手术相关指标、心理状态及术后不良反应发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术时间、肠道功能恢复正常时间和住院时间均较短,且术中出血量较少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者焦虑和抑郁量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均比护理前减少,且观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室人性化护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者,可明显改善患者的消极情绪,优化手术相关指标,减少并发症,值得推广。

Effect of humanized nursing in operating room on postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing in operating room on postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,120 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer at Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were enrolled in the present study.According to the nursing care they received,they were divided an observation group and a control group with 60 patients in each group.The observation group was given humanized care in operation room on the basis of conventional nursing and the control group was given routine care.The operation related indexes,psychological state and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,time to intestinal function recovery,length of hospital stay were short,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was low in the observation group(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of depression and anxiety decreased in both groups with the observation group lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 3.3%in the observation group which was significantly lower than 16.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing in operation room can improve the patients’negative emotions,optimize operation related indexes and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
