细节化护理干预对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下隙出血患者并发症及预后的影响

目的探讨细节化护理干预对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下隙出血(aSAH)患者并发症及预后的价值。方法选取2017年4月至2019年7月间安康市中心医院收治的66例a SAH患者。根据护理方法不同进行分组,采用常规护理干预的33例患者纳入对照组,采用细节化护理干预的33例患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及预后。结果观察组患者并发症总发生率为6.1%,低于对照组患者的24.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者疼痛评分均降低,日常生活能力评分均提高,且观察组评分改善幅度比对照组更显著,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者预后5分的例数比对照组多,3分的例数比对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将细节化护理干预应用到a SAH患者的护理干预中,可取得满意的干预效果,降低相关并发症发生率,改善患者预后,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of meticulous nursing intervention on complications and prognosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To explore the value of meticulous nursing intervention in reducing the incidence of complications and improving prognosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(a SAH).Methods Sixty-six patients with a SAH who admitted to Ankang Central Hospital from April 2017 to July 2019 were selected.They were assigned to an observation group and a control group according to the nursing care they received.Thirty-three patients who received meticulous nursing were included in the observation group and 33 patients who received conventional nursing were included in the control group.The incidence of complications and outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The overall incidence of complications 6.1%in the observation group which was significantly lower than 24.2%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,score of pain decrease and score of activities of daily living increased in both groups with the improvement higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Number of patients with score of 5 was more in the observation group than in the control group and number of patients with score of 3 was lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention can achieve satisfactory intervention efficacy in patients with a SAH.It reduces the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
