高职医学院校大学生创业价值观培养现状调查及分析

目的了解高职医学院校大学生创业价值观培养情况,为探索学生创新创业能力培养模式提供参考依据。方法通过专家访谈及文献分析的方式,自行设计调查问卷,对江苏省某医学高职院校医学生进行调查,统计学分析方法包括频数、百分比、χ^2检验等。结果在创业认识方面,1083人对创业持支持态度,627人有过创业打算,且学生有创业打算的人数及对国家相关政策的掌握程度增加较快(P<0.05);在创业教育认识方面,1102人学习过创业课程,且842人认同创业教育,均有超过50%的学生认为学校在创业平台建设(661人)及创业氛围构建(598人)方面起着关键作用;在学生创业心理方面,三个年级有620人对创业预测感到迷茫,超过80%的学生认为成功概率在50%或者很小,且对创业困难的了解程度显示出显著提高的趋势(P<0.05)。结论高职医学院校在创业教育(平台、氛围、课程)方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,其培养的医学生具有较为良好的创业认知及教育经历,但在创业心理教育方面仍有不足,建议高职医学院校应加强对学生创业意识的引导,积极创新医学课程与创业课程相结合的课程体系,努力塑造意志坚定的创业心理,着力完善医学生创业价值观的培养体系。

Investigation and Discussion on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Values of Students in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges

Objective To understand the cultivation of entrepreneurship values of medical college students in recent three years,and to provide reference for exploring the cultivation mode of students'innovative entrepreneurship ability.Methods By means of expert interview and literature analysis,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the medical students in a vocational college in Jiangsu province.The data was analyzed and showed byfrequency,percentage andχ^2 test.Results In terms of the awareness of entrepreneurship,1083 people were supportive of entrepreneurship,627 had plans for entrepreneurship,and the number of students with plans for entrepreneurship and their mastery of relevant national policies increased rapidly(P<0.05);In terms of the awareness of entrepreneurship education,1102 students had studied entrepreneurship courses and 842 agreed with entrepreneurship education.More than 50%of students believed that schools played a key role in the construction of entrepreneurship platform(661)and entrepreneurial atmosphere(598);In terms of student entrepreneurship psychology,620 students were confused about the entrepreneurial prediction.More than 80%(934)of the students thought the probability of success was 50%or less,and their understanding of entrepreneurial difficulties showed a significant increased trend(P<0.05).Conclusion Higher vocational medical colleges play an increasingly important role in entrepreneurship education(platform,atmosphere,and curriculum).Medical students trained therehave better entrepreneurship awareness and education experience,but there are still some deficiencies in entrepreneurship psychological education.Higher vocational medical colleges should strengthen the guidance of students'entrepreneurial consciousness,actively build a course system combining entrepreneurial courses with medical courses,try to build a firm entrepreneurial psycho-logy,and focus on improving the cultivation system of medical students'entrepreneurial values.
