国产与进口头孢呋辛钠在剖宫产术预防性应用中的疗效及安全性比较

目的比较国产与进口头孢呋辛钠在剖宫产手术围手术期预防性应用中的有效性及安全性。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月佛山市南海区第六人民医院收治的行剖宫产术,并使用头孢呋辛钠预防感染的产妇200例作为研究对象,根据药物厂家的不同分为国产组和进口组。比较两组产妇剖宫产术后的感染发生率和药品不良反应发生情况。结果国产组和进口组的术后感染率分别为7%、5%,药品不良反应发生率分别为2%、1%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产头孢呋辛钠用于剖宫产手术围手术期预防用药安全有效,可作为外科围手术期预防用药的优先选择。

Efficacy and Safety of Domestic and Imported Cefuroxime for Preventive Application in Cesarean

OBJECTIVE To compare effectiveness and safety of domestic and imported cefuroxime for preventive application during perioperative period after cesarean section.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted in 200 women who were given cesarean birth and treated with domestic or imported cefuroxime at the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from January 2016 to February 2018.The postoperative infection rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions between the domestic and imported group were compared.RESULTS The postoperative infection rate of domestic group and imported group was 7.0%and5.0%,respectively.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 2%and 1%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Preventive application of domestic cefuroxime for cesarean is safe and effective,and domestic cefuroxime can be a prior option.
