舒适护理在高血压并发脑出血护理中的应用效果分析

目的:分析与探讨舒适护理在原发性高血压并发脑出血护理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2016年3月至2018年6月接受治疗的原发性高血压并发脑出血患者168例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者84例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者实施舒适护理干预,比较两组患者住院时间长短,统计消化道出血、肺部感染、褥疮以及肾功能衰竭等并发症出现概率,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果:相比于对照组,观察组患者住院时间明显缩短。常规护理组患者出现并发症的概率为34.52%,显著高于舒适护理组的11.90%。观察组患者护理满意度(90.48%)明显高于对照组(72.62%)。结论:舒适护理能够明显缩短原发性高血压并发脑出血患者的住院时间,减少并发症出现概率,提高护理满意度,具有重要的临床应用意义。

Application effect analysis of comfortable nursing in nursing of hypertensive complicated cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of essential hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Select our hospital in March 2016 to June 2018 treated 168 patients with essential hypertension complicated by cerebral hemorrhage as the research object,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,84 cases of patients in each group,control group patients received routine nursing care,observation group of patients implement comfortable nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients hospitalized duration,statistics of gastrointestinal bleeding,lung infection,bedsore and complications such as renal failure probability,compared two groups of patients nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with the control group,the length of stay in the observation group was significantly shortened.The incidence of complications in the conventional care group was 34.52%,significantly higher than the 11.90%in the comfort care group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(90.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.62%).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of patients with essential hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the probability of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which has important clinical significance.
