摘    要:目的探讨“无为而治”思想在护士长管理工作中的运用。方法采取奖励有益的行为,科学、恰当管理等方法提高护士长的管理水平,保证护理管理工作的有效性和适宜性。结果提高了护理团队的整体效能,使护理质量得到持续提高。结论在护理管理过程中灵活运用“无为而治”思想可提高护士长的管理水平,最大限度地调动护士的工作积极性和主动性,提高了护理工作效率和质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of " no action" management ideas among head nurses. Methods The management measures included taking rewards behaviors,scientific management and risk management to improve the head nurses'management level,and to ensure the effectivity and feasibility. Results Tius practice enhanced the team efficacy and promoted the quality of nursing continuously. Conclusion The application of"no action" management ideas among head nurses can improve the head nurses' management level,motivate the nurses' working enthusiasm and positivity,and improve the efficiency and quality of nursing.
