HBV-LP在乙型肝炎诊断及判断预后中的作用

目的探讨乙肝病毒大蛋白(HBV-LP)与乙型肝炎病毒复制的关系和在诊断和预后中的作用。方法采用ELISA和荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)法,检测200例HBsAg阳性患者血清中HBV-LP、HBVM、HBV DNA和60例经拉米夫定治疗半年的乙型肝炎患者血清HBVM、HBV DNA,并与HBV DNA作对比分析。结果 200例HBsAg阳性患者中,HBeAg与HBV-LP和HBV DNA的阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),HBV-LP与HBV DNA的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P0.05);60例抗病毒治疗患者血清HBV-LP和HBV DNA阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 HBV-LP能准确反映乙肝病毒在人体内感染和复制情况,动态检测HBV-LP的变化有助于临床评估乙型肝炎的治疗效果。

The application of HBV-LP in diagnosis and prognosis of the patient with HBV

Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV-LP and the copy of HBV,and to evaluate the application of HBV-LP in diagnosis and prognosis of the patients with HBV. Methods The HBV-LP HBVM and HBV DNA levels in serum collected from 200 cases of HBsAg positve patients,and HBVM HBV DNA levels in serum colleced from 60 HBV patients who had been treated by Lamivudine for half a year, were detected by ELISA FQ-PCR,and the results of HBV DNA were compared. Results The pick-out positive rate of HBV-LP(P<0.05)and HBV DNA(P<0.05)had a statistically significant difference compared with HbeAg. The pick-out positive rate of HBV-LP had no statistically significant difference with that of HBV DNA serum levels of HBV-LP(P>0.05). The 60 HBV patients under anti-virus treatment showed no statistically significant difference with HBV DNA. Conclusion HBV-LP levels in serum can accurately indicate the HBV infection and its copy in vivo,and detecting HBV-LP dynamically could help to improve the treatment of the patients with HBV.
