老年妇科腔镜手术患者心理负面情绪的心理护理效果观察

目的研究分析心理护理改善老年妇科腔镜手术患者心理负面情绪的效果。方法将2016年1月-2017年12月期间我院收治的80例老年妇科腔镜手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取心理护理干预,观察对比两组患者满意度及护理前后SDS、SAS及PSQI评分情况。结果观察组护理满意度达90%,明显高于对照组75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者SDS、SAS及PSQI评分相近无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组SDS、SAS及PSQI评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年妇科腔镜手术患者中实施心理护理干预,能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情况,提高患者睡眠治疗,提升手术治疗效果。

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Improving Psychological Negative Emotion of Elderly Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To study and analyze the effect of psychological nursing on improving the negative emotions of elderly patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery. Methods 80 elderly gynecologic endoscopic surgery patients from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group received psychological nursing intervention.Two groups of patients’ satisfaction and SDS, SAS and PSQI scores before and after nursing were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90%, significantly higher than that of the control group 75%,there was statistictal significance(P<0.05). Before intervention, the scores of SDS, SAS and PSQI of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of SDS, SAS and PSQI of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the sleep treatment of patients, and enhance the surgical effect.
