灵胶囊合并生物电刺激治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍

摘    要:目的探讨乌灵胶囊合并生物电刺激治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效。方法以采用类实验研究方法,收集本院脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者80例为研究对象,采用简单随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以生物电刺激治疗,观察组加用乌灵胶囊治疗。两组均干预8周,干预前后采用匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估睡眠质量改善情况,采用中国卒中量表(CSS)评估卒中改善情况,根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HRSD)评估其抑郁症状。结果干预后观察组PSQI评分(6.3±1.4)分,对照组(7.5±1.1)分,均显著高于干预前(12.2±6.2)分、(12.5±5.7)分,且观察组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组CSS评分(15.3±2.6)分,对照组(15.8±2.5)分,显著高于干预前(20.4±2.7)分、(21.2±3.3)分(P<0.05),但干预后两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组HAMD评分(11.2±2.3)分,对照组(12.5±2.1)分,均显低于干预前(15.6±3.1)分、(15.6±3.1)分,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊合并生物电刺激能够有效改善脑卒中后睡眠障碍,提高睡眠质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Wuling Capsule combined with bioelectrical stimulation in the treatment of poststroke sleep disorders.Methods A quasi trial was conducted.80 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders in the hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the simple random number table method.Both groups were treated with bioelectrical stimulation,and the observation group were additionally treated with Wuling Capsule.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks.The improvement of sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after the intervention,and the relief of stroke was assessed using the Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS).The depressive symptoms were evaluated with the Hamilton Rating Scale For Depression(HRSD).Results The PSQI scores of the observation group and the control group after the intervention(6.3±1.4)points and(7.5±1.1)points were significantly higher than those before the intervention(12.2±6.2)points and(12.5±5.7)points,and the score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CSS scores of the observation group and the control group after the intervention(15.3±2.6)points and(15.8±2.5)points were significantly higher than those before the intervention(20.4±2.7)points and(21.2±3.3)points(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after the intervention(P>0.05).HAMD scores of the observation group and the control group after the intervention(11.2±2.3)points and(12.5±2.1)points were significantly lower than those before the intervention(15.6±3.1)points and(15.6±3.1)points](P<0.05),and the score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with bioelectrical stimulation can effectively relieve post-stroke sleep disorders and improve sleep quality.
