醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的效果及对血生化指标的影响

目的探讨醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的疗效及对血生化指标的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月本院收治的急性脑出血患者56例,将其随机分为两组,每组28例。对照组患者采取常规性治疗,观察组患者在常规性治疗的基础上给予醒脑静注射液治疗。记录两组患者的疗效;记录两组患者治疗前后的日常生活能力(ADL)评分及神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分;记录两组患者治疗前后的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),ADL评分较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者TNF-α、MMP-9、hs-CRP水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血疗效显著,可有效改善患者神经功能及日常生活能力,缓解炎症反应,有较大的临床应用价值。

Effects of Xingnaojing Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage and the Influence on Serum Biochemical Indexes

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage and the effect on serum biochemical indexes. Methods 56 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 28 patients in each group. Thecontrol group was given routine treatment while the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of routine treatment. The curative effect, activities of daily living(ADL) scores and the degree of neurological impairment(NIHSS) scores before and after treatment were recorded. Levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) were determined. Results The total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05), and the ADL score was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, MMP-9 and hs-CRP in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. It can effectively improve the neurological function and activities of daily living of patients, and relieve inflammation.
