| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的胸部X线表现,评价DR成像技术对COVID-19的诊断及病情评估的价值。方法回顾性分析经病原学确诊的COVID-19患者的胸部X线表现,总结其发生及发展特点。结果COVID-19 X线表现为肺纹理增粗、模糊,单发或多发的密度增高影或实变密度影,形态多样,常累及双肺多个肺野,病情进展迅速。结论结合流行病学及实验室检查,DR有助于临床及时发现COVID-19,能很好的评价其病情进展情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the X-ray characteristics of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and assess the value of DR imaging technology in the diagnosis and evaluation of COVID-19.Methods The chest X-ray findings of patients with COVID-19 confirmed by etiology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The X-ray findings of covid-19 showed as thickening and blurring of lung texture,single or multiple air-space opacites or consolidations with various forms involving multiple lung fields in both lungs.The disease progressed rapidly.Conclusion Combined with epidemiology and laboratory examination,DR and mobile DR are helpful for the timely detection of COVID-19,and can be used to evaluate its progress. |
