| 摘 要： | 学科建设应以提高教师学术水平和培养高素质人才为中心,重视人才、团队和科研方向的基础建设.要结合临床、教学、科研等实践选拔培养优秀学科带头人;建立一支基础与临床结合、多学科合作,富有开拓创新精神和团结合作的团队;具有相对稳定的研究方向.

| Abstract: | The discipline construction should centre on enhancing teachers' academic levels and cultivating high-quality talents,strengthen the basic construction of talents,team and research direction,and apply the measures as follows: to cultivate the excellent leader of some branches combined with the practice of clinic,teaching and science research,to establish an innovation team with basic and clinical research ability,to stabilize the direction of research. |
