麦冬多糖MDG-1对糖尿病小鼠模型的降糖作用

摘    要:目的:观察麦冬多糖MDG-1对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法:①将雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为空白对照组,MDG-1高、中、低剂量给药组,二甲双胍组,考察药物对正常雄性C57BL/6小鼠空腹血糖的影响。②将雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为模型对照组,MDG-1高、中、低剂量给药组,二甲双胍组,采用腹腔注射STZ联合高脂饲料诱导复制2型糖尿病小鼠模型,药物干预后测定随机和空腹血糖、口服糖耐量和血清胰岛素水平。结果:各剂量组MDG-1对正常小鼠空腹血糖无影响,对糖尿病小鼠体质量有轻微降低作用;300 mg/kgMDG-1对糖尿病小鼠的随机血糖和空腹血糖均有显著降低效果,并可改善小鼠口服糖耐量和血清胰岛素水平。结论:MDG-1可降低由STZ诱导得到的糖尿病小鼠血糖,并对改善其胰岛素抵抗有一定作用。
