| 摘 要： | 目的:了解中医院护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识掌握情况,为其纳入临床护士继续教育内容提供依据。方法:采用调查问卷方式对136名临床护理人员进行调查,了解不同护龄、学历、职称护士对中药注射剂安全用药知识掌握情况,以及护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识培训方式需求情况。结果:不同护龄、不同学历、不同职称对中药注射剂安全用药知识的掌握存在明显差异,工龄5年以上、本科学历、主管护士掌握程度较高。对药物应用方面的安全性了解较多,而涉及药物成分、对机体的危害及过敏反应的处理等了解较少。结论:各类护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识存在不同程度欠缺,应加强临床护理人员中药注射剂安全用药知识的继续教育。
