| 摘 要： | 手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的传染病,多发生于5岁以下儿童,可引起手、足、口腔等部位疱疹,少数患儿可引起心肌炎、肺水肿、无菌性脑膜脑炎等并发症.个别重症患儿如果病情发展快,可导致死亡.作为全球性传染病,手足口病在多个国家均有过大规模的暴发流行,严重威胁儿童的身心健康,也越来越受到大家的高度关注.此文就手足口病的流行特征与传... |

| Abstract: | Hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD) is an infectious disease caused by enterovirus.It usually happened in children younger than 5 years old.Patients with HFMD can have hand,foot and/or oral cavity skin rashes or herpes,a few patients even have complications like myocarditis,pneumonedema,aseptic meningitis and so on.Individual severe patients would be dead for quick disease development.As a global epidemic,HFMD had large-scale outbreak in many countries.Because of its threaten to children's health,people pay more and more attention to HFMD.In this article,the current situation of epidemiology and transmission study in HFMD is overviewed. |
