| 摘 要： | 骨髓基质细胞是一类多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,为多种疾病的细胞和基因治疗提供了基础.许多实验研究证实,骨髓基质细胞移植对脑梗死具有显著的治疗作用.文章就近年来骨髓基质细胞对脑梗死的治疗方法和效果进行了综述.

| Abstract: | Bone marrow stromal cells are a class of multipotent stem cells.They have self-renewal and multilineage differentiation potential and provide a basis for cell and gene therapy in a variety of diseases.Many experimental studies shown that bone marrow stromal cell transplantation has a significant therapeutic effect for cerebral infarction.This article reviews the method and effect of bone marrow stromal cells in treatment of cerebral infarction in recent years. |
